Samantha returns to her parents' house with a stray

Akatse got down in a playful stance, wagging her tail. "I bet you... I can... No! NO!! I dare you to eat this dirt." she sat down and pointed towards the dirt he was lying in with bugs all over it.

I scrunched up my nose. "Hell no!" I said as I splashed the dirt in her face, bugs clung to her head.

Akatse shook them off with a look of disgust. "Yuck..." she flung dirt back at him.

I ducked before the dirt hit me and hit the brown picket fence behind me. "Ha!"

Akatse stuck her tongue out.

I rolled my eyes.

Akatse looked around. "What should we do?"

I yawn and shrug

Akatse sniffed around. "Tag?"

"Thats a game for pups, but if you want to play, I can let it slide." I looked at her

Akatse snorted and looked around. "Hey... Wanna annoy the cats?" she wagged her tail in anticipation.

"But they are upstairs..."

I Shake my head. "Im not doing that, I don't want to get in trouble."

Akatse crawled back inside, looking around once more.

I watched her and followed her

Cats: upstairs playing, making noise.

She walked into the living room and sat in front of the couch. On a coffee table in front of her lay the remote. She used ehr muzzle to push it onto the ground, now the question was how to turn on the TV.

I looked at her and took the remote. I set my paw on the small red button, and the tv turned onto the animal planet channel.

"Nice job." Akatse wagged her tail and watched.

I smiled

"Do you know how to change the channel?"

I nod, and set my paw on a long, oval-like button. I moved it up to change the channel number bigger, and down to make it smaller.

"Cool!" she stared at the channel they had stopped on. It was a racing channel, with big car-like things zooming by on the screen.

I nudged her gently. "I know a channel with wolves on it."

"Really?? I've never seen a wolf. What do they look like?"
