Dixon alone

Dixon trotted around this trash filled neighborhood, his head at shoulder level. "'bout time i get away from those two.." he growled to himself, glancing around with his good eye

I appeared out of the shadows, my white oat wasn't camoflauging me at all. I raised my tail at the sight of the familiar dog.

"Well, if it isn't one of the dogs that tried to kill me..." I snarled

Kichan came to a stop besides Lexi and growled. "And a friend of the oh so nice dog that decided to take a bite of my paw. Well," She grinned. "More like a pinch, stupid mutts."

he glanced at them, " say what you want, do whatever you please. cane''t do anythin' to me thats already been done..." he mumbled, pausing beside a few trashcans and turning his head to face them

"Well, where are your nice friends?"

"scouting for feminine mutts like you.." he muttered, in a low tone, "unlike me. i've had 'nough with them and their horny ways for now"

"They don't realize how annoying they are, now do they?"

"not a clue...both minds revolve around females, food, and goofing arund. where as i, i think about hardly anything, the only thing i know how to do is fight to the death. i dont think about the things they do, sometimes i think about how im going to die; anouther dog, a group of dogs, people? i dont know but i think about it all the time."

Kin turned to Lexi to wait and hear what she had to say.

I watched him, and stood up straight. "Well I'm glad to be in the company of a stray who thinks outside of their cardboard box." I nodded. "If you continue thinking like you do, you might win yourself a better life, maybe away from your needy friends. Perhaps you could try and do what you do best, and maybe a human might take you in , or give you some attention...?" I nodded to his mud stained coat, dirt crusted along his belly and legs.

"all humans are they same," he growled under his breath, "they use us, to get what they want in the God forbidden world. They take us, train us, use us, hurt us"

I nod slightly with agreement, then looked at Kichan. She looked as if she knew what was coming. I looked at the ground then nuzzled her softly.

"I want to be a security dog," I said as I walked over and stood Next to dixon, "but on my own time..."

"the world just hates me. i mean i love the guys, their my best friends. they just get a little annoying sometimes," he glanced at them with his good eye, facing straight

Kin looked back towards her house and turned back to the strays. "Ya know what... I think you couldn't be any more right." She turned to Lexi and trotted over to her. "I can't picture myself being a police dog at the age of one." She grinned mischievously. "I'd annoy the older dogs, especially since I mostly just like to fight... sorta."

he didnt exactly know what she meant but he kept his usual quiet, serious expression

Kin grinned and kept moving her formally hurt leg, stretching out the old muscles.

I grinned, and inhaled, looking around. I looked back towards the house, then trailed my eyes down the street to where we were standing.

he huffed, "just dont do anything stupid, house pets like you have good lives"

Kin covered up a laugh by scratching her ear. "Yeah. Getting stabbed in the shoulder by a sword to where it goes through your entire leg is quite a good life if ya ask me." She sat up right. "So... What do you strays do?"

I rolled my eyes and shoved Dix playfully gently. I then turned to Kin. "Well it depends on if we have anything we need to do..." I looked to Dix

he groaned, "all i can tell you is if you decide to be strays, stay away from ryan and chris"

"I don't have ANY plans on seeing them..." Kin turned to Lexi and gave her a playful skeptical look. "Do you have any plans?" She wriggled her eyebrows as she asked the question before bursting into little bits of laughter.

Rolled my eyes slightly and shook my pelt. "Psssh." I said ridiculously. "Nope."

He shrugged, "the guys may be idiots, but they're not all bad. Chris has a food problem and Ryan has a bitch problem," he grinned slightly, "I myself have a problem with fighting, being silent"
